WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY (MNP)?

Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is the name of the game. It's how you can switch over to ROX's network without ditching your trusty old number. Downlaod ROX and follow the journey.

Am I eligible for ROX?

1. Time Check: You're good to go if you haven't changed your number in the last 60 days. We call those 60 days the Minimum Subscription Period (MSP).
2. Contract Check: Make sure you're not tied up in any contracts with your current mobile network. No contract drama allowed.
3. Pending Dues: Clear any outstanding loans or negative balances on your Jazz number. No debts, no problem.
4. Status: Your number needs to be active, not in disconnected status.
5. Ownership: The number you're porting should be in your name, not someone else's.
6. Postpaid Customers: If you're a Postpaid folk, sort out your bills and security deposits with your previous operator.

Meet these criteria, and you'll be rolling with ROX, keeping your number intact and enjoying our services!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PORT IN MY EXISTING NUMBER TO ROX?

For Prepaid user, the porting process typically takes around 7 business days or less.

For Postpaid users, it might take 13-18 business days.

FYI: During the porting process, whether prepaid or postpaid, your existing mobile number remains fully functional to use.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE THE MOVE WITH MY EXISTING NUMBER?

According to PTA, switching your number to a new network is usually free for individuals. But some operators might charge you a small processing fee. You can confirm this with your current mobile operator.

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO BE WITH MY OLD MOBILE CREW BEFORE I CAN JUMP SHIP?

You gotta chill with them for a minimum of 60 days first. And during the switch, be ready to prove you're you with some biometric magic.

WHAT IF I STILL HAVE PENDING PAYMENTS OR AN ACTIVE CONTRACT WITH MY CURRENT MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER?

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH SIM DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS?

If you want to get your hands on a new ROX SIM, and you are:

• A Pakistani, just bring along a copy of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) and make sure to drop by in person for your biometric check.
• A foreigner, your passport is your golden ticket. Just make sure it's got a legit visa sticker and you're good to go.
• An overseas Pakistani, all you need is a copy of your NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis) to get on board with ROX.
• An Afghani citizen, you'll need to bring along an original Afghan card issued by NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) and don’t forget to drop in for your biometric verification.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

• Log-In to the ROX App
• Click on “Buy a new SIM” button
• Select “Order status”
• Enter your tracking number
• Order status will appear.

HOW WILL MY SIM BE DELIVERED?

When you're ready to grab your Rox SIM, all you gotta do is share your delivery address. Our delivery team will make sure your SIM gets to your chosen spot (within the selected cities), right on time.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY e-SIM?

• Drop by the closest Jazz Experience Center, a franchise or any store that can hook you up with an E-sim as an eligible retailer.
• Request a voucher with a QR code on it.
• Go to phone settings
• Then tap on "Add Cellular Plan."
• Your camera will pop up
• Scan the QR Code and you’re good to go!
• eSIM charges are Rs.2,000 (excluding standard number charges).

HOW CAN I USE THE FREE TAMASHA APP?

1. First things first, get yourself a Turbo package.
2. Find the toggle button for the Tamasha App and turn it on.
3. Click on the link on the home page.
4. Download the Tamasha App.
